The Department of Labor is not sleeping. Over the weekend, they issued updated Q&As for the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Act and Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act after just issuing updated Q&As Thursday night.
On March 25, 2020, the Department of Labor (DOL) published the required employer posters to inform employees of the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act and the FMLA expansion.
