Safety and Health
At LMV, we offer our clients an array of services to assist with OSHA compliance. We represent employers during inspections, enforcement, rule making, and variance proceedings; our rapid response group has handled numerous fatality investigations on a moment's notice. On the preventative front, our OSHA-related services include comprehensive simulated OSHA audits, customized OSHA-required training programs, and OSHA record-keeping audits. In partnership with a nationally recognized industrial health specialist, we also offer safety and health services, including industrial hygiene, medical monitoring, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, indoor air quality, and occupational medicine. We also provide our clients with assistance in complying with programmatic services regarding OSHA topics that are enforced either under specific OSHA standards or the "General Duty" clause of the OSH Act. These include ergonomics, workplace violence, personal protective equipment, fire protection, lock out/tag out, blood-borne pathogens, confined spaces, hazard communication (Hazcom), machine guarding, and record-keeping. We keep our clients apprised of new OSHA enforcement initiatives, rule making, and mine safety issues before MSHA.
